Authorized Renter

The renter must be 25 years of age or older and debit card or credit card used for payment must be in renter’s name. The renter must have a valid driver’s license. The Renter must have full coverage auto insurance in their name and must agree to all Tennessee Camper Rentals Terms and Conditions mentioned below:

 

Customer Security Deposit

Customer security deposit shall be paid when the booking is confirmed. 

 

Cancelation Policy

​

Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the Tennessee Camper Rentals service fee of $75, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, less the Tennessee Camper Rentals service fee, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. The booking is non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days prior to the rental start date,  A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is canceled during a grace period, a full refund including the Tennessee Camper Rentals service fee will be granted.

 

Delivery & Self Pickup Policy

Delivery: Tennessee Camper Rentals will Deliver your rental @ 3pm & Tennessee Camper Rentals will Pickup your rental @ 11am

Self Pickup: Renter may pickup rental @ 3pm & Renter must return rental no later than 11am

 

Estimated Delivery Charge

​

Standard Delivery: 30 Mile Radius charged @ $175.00

Extended Delivery: After 30 miles, $4.00 per mile will be charged up to 100 miles.

 

Note: Propane will be charged @ $6.00 per gallon used and invoiced upon rental return.
